The acting Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, the residents will easily start reporting if there is a minus from public service in August or September.

The application implementation is aimed for PKK (Family Welfare Movement) cadres. They can easily reporting about minus public service such as damaged road, prone location, minimum public lighting, garbage, and others.

Ahok added that citizen only needs to download the application through its phone vendor such as google play for android user.

The device will give a red signal code to report emergency things that must be handled, yellow signal for urgent and green color for no problems.
